It’s no surprise Jenelle Forde has taken the makeup world by storm, she’s never been one to fade into the background.
Drawing inspiration from a very young age, Jenelle began experimenting with colors and creating beautiful works of art. It was a natural transition to makeup artistry, which was realized very early on.
In the year, 1994 she studied at Joe Blasco Makeup Center in Los Angeles, California. Jenelle accomplished the full master class, in beauty and special effects. She also has taken workshops at Smashbox Studios in Los Angeles. Jenelle has travel to New York to proceed to develop her skills with the world renowned agency,The Powder Group, which she is apart of the regional talent group.
She took first place at the Toronto ABA Show For Fantacy/Runway Makeup in 2012.
She also has worked with Smashbox cosmetics as their leading Makeup Artist in Edmonton, Alberta, and its surrounding area.Curently she ia one of the Artist for Loreal Canada. Lancome,YSL,Armani and Shu Uemura. Jenelle also works occasionally for Bobbi Brown, Makeup For Ever Just to name a few.
Whether she’s on the set of a music video or in the privacy of a photographer’s studio, Jenelle's work is as versatile as it is unique,with an injection of her own personal style.
Jenelle approachs cosmetics as she approachs art - the entire body is a canvas and makeup is just one element of an entire image. Hair, clothing, accessories, and personality are an extension of makeup and vice versa.
